What is your refund policy?

We reinvest all payments into material to process orders and cannot process refunds directly when requested to accommodate customers who do not wish to wait for backlogging/delayed orders. We work at little to no profit margin, therefore the refund process is as follows:

If you choose to get your cards sent back to you before the order is completed, we will send them back and a credit will be applied to your account in the amount you paid for, minus the shipping fee to send them back to you.

At anytime in the future, you are welcome to send back collectibles to us or use credits for online grading, authentication of autographs etc.
